1.  Consultation:

You'll begin with a consultation where the healthcare provider will discuss your medical history, current health concerns, and the specific reasons for needing IV therapy.

2.  Preparation:

You'll be asked to sit in a comfortable chair or recline on a bed. The provider will assess vital signs, prepare the IV equipment, including the IV bag containing fluids, vitamins, or medications as prescribed.

3.  Insertion of the IV:

A healthcare professional will clean the area of your arm where the IV will be inserted, usually in a vein in your arm. They will then insert a small needle and catheter into the vein to start the IV drip.

4.  Monitoring:

Throughout the treatment, the healthcare provider will monitor your vital signs and the IV drip rate to ensure everything is functioning properly and you are comfortable.

5.  Duration:

The appointment can last anywhere from 30-60 minutes with the exception of NAD+ infusions

6.  Post-treatment:

After the infusion is complete, the healthcare professional will gently remove the IV and place a bandage over the site. They might provide aftercare instructions and recommend follow up treatments if necessary.
